Theater of living puppets «2+ku»

The theater of living puppets “2 + ku” is the place where dolls on the wrist are created, live and work. This is a special design of dolls, developed by Vladimir Zakharov. Dolls have full mechanics of animation: eyes, mouth, fingers on hands move.

The theater was founded in 1991, when Vladimir Zakharov began to work on the first play “Jean from a pod” (according to his own tale). And in a year – June 17, 1992 – the premiere for friends and acquaintances took place. Today the big theater opens its doors for spectators on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the quiet side street of South. The theater’s own building was built to mark the 400th anniversary of the city of Tomsk.
